Gold CSCS Card NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Occupational Work Supervision
This qualification provides the opportunity for candidates who supervise others in a relevant construction occupational area to demonstrate their competence. You should have a construction qualification or relevant construction experience. Induction - As soon as you register, you will be given a dedicated assessor. They will arrange an induction and together with your assessor you’ll get to decide on the pathway which best proves your competency. The induction is used to plan out how you will gather the relevant evidence to complete the course. During the course - The assessor will work with you to build a portfolio of evidence that allows you to showcase your knowledge, skills, and experience. The assessor will also regularly review and provide you with feedback. This will allow you to keep on track to progress quickly through the NVQ. You will be assessed through various methods, such as observations, written questions, evidence generated from the workplace, professional discussion and witness testimonials. On completion - Once all feedback has been agreed, the Internal Quality Assurer will review your portfolio and in agreement with assessor, your certificate will be claimed. each stage of the course is clear and concise. the verbal questions were really well planned out and executed on the assessors side, a good balance of guidance whilst allowing the individual to think clearly for themselves and answer accordingly. i work full time hours and this course allows a lot of flexibility and support to push you to completion. i would recommend it to anyone trying to push themselves further in their career.

Brian was brilliant throughout the whole process. He was clear, patient, and extremely knowledgeable, and he always took the time to explain what was needed for each unit. Simply could not give anything but a 5* review for Site Competence and Dave himself. I spent a lot of time searching for the right course and provider to the point it was becoming incredibly frustrating. From my first interaction with them, I knew that I had found the one. I was going for a NVQ Level 2 in bricklaying. Simply a god send. My rep (Dave Cox) was just brilliant. Helped me throughout this whole course like none other. In all the honesty I was not the easiest person to deal with when it come to dealing with paperwork and emails etc. I suppose that's why I chose bricklaying for a living, but Dave kept texting, calling (bless him) reminding me to sign this paper upload that evidence every time sounding more polite. Answering same questions multiple times. This man personally, was there for me and did want me to succeed. I'm very greatfull for that. Now I got my qualification and now I'm a Professional Bricklayer.

Dave was fantastic, I had been working in surveying/construction in a senior role for close to 10 years and was struggling with finding ways to formalise my experience. Dave explained the possible routes to me and what would best suit my chosen career path. Within a year, I achieved my chartered membership with the Chartered Institute of Building and I am now operating my own ltd company. I wouldn’t have got to where I am now without Dave’s help.
